Our process - How we work together.
We believe in efficiency and have designed a process that we truly believe in. We don't have meetings, only work remotely (from home offices) and have developed our own project management tool. This allows us to deliver up to twice as fast.

Join our platform by entering the required information on our registration page. To ensure valid submissions we approve your account manually.
Once your account has been approved, you will be able to set your password. After doing this, you can access our portal and choose whether you want to continue to the referral page or create a project.

You now have access to our instructions for sharing your details as efficiently as possible. Make sure to follow these to avoid any delays.
Time to create your first project! You can provide a description of your project and its scopes. There is an option to upload a limited number of documents to provide more information.
When you've created the project we'll be informed and within 48 hours you will receive a quote. If, however, the project is considered to be complex, we will inform you about the costs involved for making the quote. In that case you have the option to stop the process.

Take control
You will now enter the project zone. You can see this as the central point of our new collaboration and your project. This is where everything related to your project happens and where we'll be keeping in touch.
Using a Kanban board, we will now chop up your project's requirements in several tasks. We work on one task at a time, but you have the option to set priorities and switch the main task for another one.
We designed the portal to be our own, custom project management software. It not only has a Kanban board and support ticket functionality for projects, but you are also able to manage your referrals, view your invoices, open support tickets and more. All in one place.
